The group has total assets of 1.8 billon yuan, covers an area of 450,000 square meters, including 128,000 square meters workshops. The group have thirteen submerged arc spiral steel pipe production lines, one hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line and one heat treatment production line, one Anti-Corrosion coating production line and one thermal insulation production line. The main productions are SSAW and seamless steel pipe. Pipe varieties include: long distance land transmission pipe, seabed oil transmission spiral pipe, gas transportation seamless and SSAW pipe, casing and coupling pipe, oil pipeline pipe, oil cracking tubes, high pressure boiler tube, cylinder tube, high pressure chemical fertilizer pipe, hydraulic pillar tube, automobile axle tube.The application fields of our products are in petroleum, natural gas, aerospace, shipbuilding, coal, chemicals, automobile manufacturing, etc. Our pipes have been used in many national Large-scale key projects, such as CNPC, CSIC,South-to-North water diversion, West-East Gas Transmission, Henan Luoyang Xiaolangdi, Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway, ect. Cangzhou Sprial Steel Pipes Group Co., Ltd has a total annual production capacity of 550,000 metric ton and a total production value of 3.8 billion USD, with 400,000 metric ton SSAW and LSAW pipe, OD 219- 3520mm, Thickness 6.0mm-28mm, steel grade Q235-X80 PSL1 and PSL2 level, also produce steel pile, the standard is ASTM A252, EN10216; 150,000 metric ton seamless steel pipes, OD 88.9mm-323.8.mm, Thickness 6mm-35mm, steel grade 20# B-X60, J55-P110. PSL1 and PSL2 sour service or structure pipe. The capacity of heat treatment production line is 120,000 metric ton.
Our steel pipe range as follow:
1) SSAW & LSAW : 219-3000MM diameter, 6-25mm WT.
2) Seamless pipe and casing : 1" to 30" diameter, 2 to 40mm WT.
3) ERW welded pipe 1" to 28" diameter, 1 to 18mm WT.
Standard: API 5L GR.B- X70 PSL1 and PSL2; API 5CT J55, K55, N80, L80, P110 PSL1 and PSL2; ASTAM A252, EN10216 etc.
